About Tracie Audette
Tracie Audette (Seavey) was born in St. Cloud, Minnesota in 1960 and moved with her family to Seward, Alaska in 1963. She grew up in the wilderness of south central Alaska with sled dog puppies instead of dolls, woodstoves instead of central heating and wildlife of all kinds as close as the front door.
She is a lifelong animal enthusiast, horseperson and adventurer, and active in her family's Iditarod endeavors since the planning of the first race in 1973. In which her dad, Dan Seavey, placed third.
She graduated from Seward High School in 1979, attended Meredith Manor School of Horsemanship beginning in 1979 and continued to ride and show horse and run sled dogs.
In 1994, she understudied with D r Regan Golob. Bio-Energetic Balancing is a technique developed for animals by Dr. Regan Golob, to energetically balance the body. With no force or chiropractic manipulations involved, this technique removes energy blockages, relieves defense physiology and allows for balanced energy flow throughout the animal. It integrates the knowledge of the healthy body function of animals with proper body work and nutritional support to guide animal owners on their journey to their companion’s optimum wellness. It aids in awareness of total health and guides in the process of replacing illness and dis-ease with excellent health by learning to make better choices. Dr. Golob’s Bio-Energy Analysis Technique combined with common sense physiology reveal nutritional, structural and emotional imbalances which are addressed to provide the animal with a new level of wellness. Tracie Audette has used this system since she graduated from Dr Golob’s understudy program in 1996. It is now a major modality in her rehabilitative therapies.
Tracie attended Animal Therapy Systems Acuscope/Myopulse Therapy Training in 1998 and was certified as a therapist upon completion, by Joyce Jackson. In 2007 she received her instructor’s certification from Animal Therapy Systems and is now available to teach the therapist certification course.
Tracie presented case studies at the First World Wide Symposium for Animal Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation in Corvallis, Oregon in 1999, showing the effectiveness of the Acuscope/Myoscope Therapy System in treating traumatic injuries in performance horses and dogs.
She distributed and trained others in the use of the Gallium Laser Systems in the United States from 1999 until the company was sold to Chattanooga Canada.
Tracie moved her operation to Oklahoma in the 2006 and now lives in Wayne; with her husband, teenage daughter. Nine horses, six dogs and two birds are permanent residents of FairHaven and many others that come and go as they need to for therapy and time to heal.
Tracie continues to advance her education by attending various nutritional and modality training courses each year. Her clients include many world and national champion horses and dogs in different venues of performance; as well as the backyard pony and beloved family pets.
